Mapúa University (MU) debuts in the 501-600 bracket of the inaugural Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2025 (ISR) among 749 listed universities across 92 countries.
Developed in partnership with Schmidt Science Fellows, the ranking assesses university performance in three areas: inputs (research and industry funding, recruitment), processes (success metrics, facilities, administrative support, and promotion), and outputs (publications, research quality, and reputation).
MU curated an overall score of 25.4, with 35.1 for inputs, 16.7 for process, and 26.3 for outputs.
MU and University of Santo Tomas are the only two Philippine universities to be included in the said rankings.
