These include the “Spark of Hope: Mapúa Gift-Giving 2020” for the adopted communities in Intramuros and Pandacan, Manila, and the donation drives for the affected families of the recent typhoons.
In order to remind students of the value of Christmas, Dr. Vea stated that “life might have become uncertain. Our work and regular way of life might have been radically changed, but one thing is certain: we are still blessed as one Mapúa community and with the blessing, we have received no matter how big or small, we continue to be a blessing to others.”
Along with Dr. Vea’s message to the Mapúan community, the University’s official Christmas ID entitled “Pagbangon Ngayong Pasko," in cooperation with the Film Arts and Media Enthusiasts and special participation of several student organizations was also shared to the public.
